Terms of Service (ToS)

Welcome to Xzohra. By using our job search engine and recruiter portal (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Our Platform allows job seekers to search job listings published globally. Job seekers may also choose to upload their resumes in order to receive relevant job matches. Recruiters may register for access to view and contact job seekers with relevant opportunities. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into agreements.

2. Job Seekers

• You may upload your resume for job-matching purposes.
• Your resume will be stored for a maximum of 1 year and then automatically deleted.
• Your resume will be visible only to verified recruiters.
• You may request early deletion of your resume at any time.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you upload.

3. Recruiters

• Recruiters must provide accurate company details, including corporate email, company name, industry, and estimated employee count.
• Access to the recruiter portal is secured via One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered corporate email.
• You may not share, sell, or misuse resumes obtained from the Platform. Resumes may only be used for genuine hiring purposes.
• Misuse of job seeker data may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users (both job seekers and recruiters) may not:

• Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or discriminatory purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Collect or scrape data from the Platform without permission.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policies (Job Seekers and Recruiters). By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, secure, or error-free. We may suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job placement for job seekers or successful hiring for recruiters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of employment opportunities.
• Misuse of resumes by recruiters despite our verification measures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Job seekers may stop using the Platform at any time. Recruiters may request account closure at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ministry of Law and Justice, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
