Welcome to Xzohra ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our AI-powered recruitment platform, job search engine, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By using our Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- You provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
2. Platform Services
2.1 For Job Seekers (Candidates)
Our Platform provides the following services to job seekers:
- Job Search: Access to job listings aggregated from multiple sources globally
- Resume Upload & Analysis: Upload resumes for job matching and ATS compatibility scoring
- AI Audio Interviews: Participate in AI-powered audio interviews using advanced speech recognition and natural language processing
- Profile Matching: Automated matching with relevant job opportunities based on skills and experience
- Interview Scheduling: Coordination of interview sessions with potential employers
2.2 For Recruiters and Employers
Our Platform provides the following services to recruiters:
- Candidate Database Access: View and contact qualified candidates through our verified system
- AI-Powered Screening: Automated candidate evaluation and scoring using machine learning algorithms
- Audio Interview Platform: Conduct AI-assisted interviews with real-time analysis and scoring
- Recruitment Analytics: Access to hiring metrics, pipeline management, and performance insights
- Job Posting: Create and manage job listings with automated candidate matching
3. AI Audio Interview Terms
3.1 Consent and Participation
By participating in AI audio interviews, you explicitly consent to:
- Audio recording and real-time processing of your voice and responses
- Use of Google Gemini AI and other machine learning technologies for interview analysis
- Storage and processing of interview transcripts and performance evaluations
- Automated scoring and assessment of your interview performance
3.2 Technical Requirements
To participate in AI audio interviews, you must:
- Provide explicit consent for microphone access in your web browser
- Use a supported web browser with WebRTC capabilities
- Maintain a stable internet connection throughout the interview
- Ensure a quiet environment suitable for audio recording
3.3 Interview Data Processing
During AI audio interviews:
- Your audio is processed in real-time using Google Cloud AI services
- Speech-to-text conversion creates interview transcripts
- AI algorithms analyze responses for technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Interview data is stored securely in Google Cloud Platform infrastructure
- You may request access to your interview transcripts and scores at any time
4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
4.1 Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
We utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase services for:
- Data Storage: Firestore databases for user profiles, job listings, and application data
- File Storage: Cloud Storage for resume files and interview recordings
- Authentication: Firebase Authentication for secure user access
- AI Processing: Google Gemini AI for interview analysis and candidate evaluation
- Hosting: Firebase Hosting for platform delivery
By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as they apply to these services. Your data is subject to Google's security measures and data processing practices.
4.2 Data Retention Policies
- Resume Data: Stored for maximum 2 years, automatically deleted thereafter
- Interview Recordings: Audio data processed in real-time, not permanently stored
- Interview Transcripts: Retained for 3 years for quality assurance and legal compliance
- User Profiles: Maintained while account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Analytics Data: Anonymized usage data retained for 4 years for service improvement
5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
5.1 General Responsibilities
All users must:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Respect intellectual property rights and confidential information
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or discriminatory purposes
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
- Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data without explicit permission
- Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, or company information
- Interfering with AI interview processes or attempting to manipulate scoring algorithms
- Sharing, selling, or misusing candidate information obtained through the Platform
6. Privacy and Data Protection Compliance
6.1 International Compliance
We comply with major international privacy regulations:
- GDPR (European Union): Full compliance with data subject rights, lawful basis for processing, and data protection principles
- UK GDPR: Adherence to UK data protection laws post-Brexit
- CCPA (California): Compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act requirements
- PIPEDA (Canada): Alignment with Canadian privacy legislation
6.2 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 Service Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Job placement success for candidates
- Hiring success for recruiters
- 100% accuracy of AI assessments or matching algorithms
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- Complete security against all potential threats
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xzohra shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from AI assessment inaccuracies
- Third-party actions or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for Platform services in the preceding 12 months
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xzohra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any false or misleading information you provide
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Contacting our support team at hello@xzohra.com
- Following account deletion procedures in your user dashboard
- Ceasing to use the Platform
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to the Platform or other users
- Fail to pay applicable fees (for premium services)
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, your rights under applicable local consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from these Terms:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us at hello@xzohra.com to resolve disputes amicably
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Jurisdiction: Legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Delhi, India
- EU/UK Users: European and UK users retain rights to pursue disputes in their local courts

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

- New Platform features or services
- Enhanced security or privacy measures
- Feedback from users and stakeholders
