Job Description
Company OverviewBefore we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing a better experience for each customer and clinic that we work with. Come see the Strive difference. Our MissionWe’re flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry that has been closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance for too long. We strive to shift a reactive view of self-care and ignite a proactive baseline-shifting approach to health for all. ‘The human element’ is our crux and catalyst, driving all that we do, whether we’re interacting with patients, providers, or practices. We’re here to partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we’re on a mission to positively disrupt healthcare as we know it. Strive is about more than medicine. Strive is about striving for the personal side of healthcare.System AnalystLocation: Hybrid at our Mesa or Gilbert, AZ What You’ll Do:System Maintenance and OptimizationMonitor system performance, including CPU usage, memory utilization, and network efficiencyPerform regular system updates, patches, and security upgradesConduct routine system backups and implement disaster recovery plansNetwork ManagementConfigure and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)Manage network security features and services, including firewalls, DNS servers, DHCP configurations, QoS, VLANs, ZNTATroubleshoot network issues and ensure optimal connectivityExperience with network ecosystems such as: FortiNet, Ubiquiti Unifi, Cisco MerakiUser Support and AdministrationCreate and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions and access levelsProvide technical support and training to end-users on various IT systems and softwareDevelop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and troubleshooting proceduresSecurity and ComplianceImplement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threatsEnsure compliance with industry standards and organizational policiesMonitor system logs and investigate security incidentsCloud Infrastructure ManagementManage and maintain cloud-based systems, such as AWS, Azure, or GCPImplement hybrid cloud solutions and optimize cloud resource utilizationManage various SaaS products such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Pharmacy management systems, ERP, CRM and other common SaaS productsAutomation and ScriptingDevelop scripts and use automation tools to streamline repetitive tasksExperience with computer management systems: ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Control, NinjaOne, Addigy, Microsoft IntuneExperience with some or all of the following languages: PowerShell, Bash, Clojure, Go, PythonWho You Are:Qualifications3-5 years of experience in system administration or related IT rolesProficiency in managing MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systemsStrong knowledge of networking protocols and technologiesExperience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Familiarity with cloud platforms and servicesBasic programming and scripting skillsUnderstanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirementsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication, teamwork abilities and willingness to teach othersEducationBachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertifications from major and reputable organizations: CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, GoogleAnnual Salary$70,000$70,000 USDBenefits/ PerksStrive Pharmacy provides a comprehensive benefits package that encompasses various perks such as employer paid healthcare coverage available after 30 days of employment, the choice of an FSA/HSA, a voucher for new hire scrubs (if applicable), parental leave, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and the benefit of weekends and holidays off.
