You will be responsible for producing actual engineering work, including calculations and design.This role is execution-focused. You are expected to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results.ResponsibilitiesPerform structural design and analysis for roads, bridges, and civil infrastructurePrepare and review engineering calculations and design outputsInterpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirementsSupport projects from design through executionCoordinate with estimating, project management, and field teamsIdentify and solve engineering problems independentlyEnsure accuracy and quality of all engineering deliverablesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 5 years experience (10+ preferred) in structural designExperience in road and bridge designStrong understanding of structural engineering principlesAbility to perform calculations and technical analysisExperience in construction or design environmentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in U.S. EST business hoursReliable internet connectionCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive monthly pay (based on experience)Long-term opportunity with growthOriginally posted on Himalayas
