Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

This is a remote position.The ideal Full-time Transaction Coordinator candidate should possess proactive communication skills, the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, loyal, committed to working hours, and consistently meet deadlines. They should also be a problem solver and open to collaboration.ResponsibilitiesManage the full contract-to-close process accurately and efficientlyIntake and open new contracts; enter into transaction and compliance systemsThoroughly review contracts and ensure all documentation is received, accurate, and completeSend summaries and updates to agents and clientsCommunicate with all parties (agents, lenders, title, associations, etc.) via email, phone, and textFollow up to ensure timelines and deadlines are metHandle compliance-related tasks and documentation auditsEdit and schedule branded social media templates as neededQualifications:Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or Assistant TC (required)Background in real estate and familiarity with contracts, documents, and transactional languageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly detail-oriented, accurate, and organizedProactive, reliable, and capable of managing deadlines independentlyStrong problem-solving and collaboration skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environmentProven experience working graveyard or overnight shiftsTools:MLS platforms (e.g., Northstar MLS, general MLS access)CRM & transaction platforms: Follow Up Boss, Skyslope, Dotloop, ZipForms, Paperless Pipeline, Open To Close (OTC), Realty Back Office, and GlideProject management and compliance tools: ReZen, SISU, Asana, Forms R USCommunication & productivity: Google Workspace/Suite, DocuSign, Jotform, ShowingTimeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CSTRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need the right tools.
