A unique joint venture partnership between Advent Health and CarepathRx, AHRE has the unique opportunity to grow significantly as we expand to serve AdventHealth’s expanding footprint of facilities and services throughout Florida.RequirementsCustomer service skills, computer skills, basic understanding of data entry, phone skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize.Entry Level – No prior experience required.Job TasksFollow all tasks as instructed in the job description.Answer incoming calls.Receive, name, and delegate all incoming faxes.Ensure the correct assignment of orders using the rotation of the day and an Excel spreadsheet.Download/pull all documentation from Epic, Navi, Cerner, Salesforce, and other portals as necessary.Create accounts and upload available documentation.Input and verify the eligibility of insurance.Communicate with referral sources on orders being cancelled due to insurance, location, or product via portals and/or over the phone.Notate accounts with information verified and completed.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.CarepathRx offers a comprehensive benefit package for full-time employees that includes medical/dental/vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability as well as voluntary benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off and paid holidays.
