About the RoleAs the Campus Recruiter, you will work with A-LIGN’s Talent Acquisition Team and Service Delivery Division to meet our campus recruiting goals. You will be responsible for the execution and oversight of the campus recruiting program, which includes global full-time and intern hires. You will lead the recruiting efforts within the United States and Panama, and support other global locations as needed. Your responsibilities will include project management, liaising with university representatives, coordinating employee participation in career fairs, speaking engagements, screening candidates, extending offers, and tracking candidate data.Reports toTalent Acquisition ManagerPay ClassificationFull-Time, ExemptResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact with university representatives and internal stakeholdersCoordinate and lead participation in career fairs, campus speaking engagements, and webinarsDevelop candidate profiles, interview plans, and hiring goals in partnership with Service Delivery leadersLead kickoff and debrief meetings with all stakeholdersStrategize on avenues to increase employer branding and new collateral for TA, in conjunction with our Marketing DepartmentMaintain existing and develop new job descriptions for various positionsEvaluate, interview, and submit candidates to the appropriate leadersMaintain and report on campus recruiting metrics throughout each campus seasonWork with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure the accurate execution of all campus recruiting documentsAssist in the coordination of virtual interviewsRecruit for experienced hire positions in the campus off-seasonGeneral TA admin support as neededPerform other tasks as delegatedMinimum QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or relevant disciplineEXPERIENCEAt least 1-2 years of experience in Campus RecruitingExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM or other sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, and othersExperience in the technology industry preferredExperience coordinating and leading eventsSKILLSAbility to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivationThrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to work individually as well as collaborativelyAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityStrong project management skillsBenefitsHealthcare, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Disability InsuranceEAP - Employee Assistance ProgramPet Insurance401(k) Plan with Employer MatchingCompetitive Bonus StructureHome Office Reimbursement Certification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Vacation BonusSummer HoursAbout A-LIGNA-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
