Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, AI Enablement to support the adoption of AI across a portfolio of three marketing agencies. This role focuses on identifying, organizing, and helping implement practical AI use cases across both client-facing (billable) and back-office teams. You will help translate enterprise AI strategy into real workflow improvements, productivity gains, and measurable business impact.This individual will work closely with business leaders, the AI transformation team, and IT partners to embed AI into day-to-day workflows and operational processes.DutiesSupport AI Adoption and Enablement Across TeamsPartner with agency and functional leaders to identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflowsSupport development and execution of AI training and enablement programsHelp create role-specific playbooks and best practicesCoordinate AI workshops, office hours, and internal enablement sessionsSupport development of an internal network of AI championsManage Bottoms-Up AI Use Case PipelineCollect and organize AI use cases from teams across agencies and functionsMaintain a structured intake and tracking system for use casesCategorize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with prioritiesPartner with the AI Generalist and technical teams to support early-stage validationSupport Prioritization and Leadership ReviewsPrepare use cases for review by leadership and decision-makersSummarize expected benefits, required effort, and dependenciesSupport prioritization discussions and documentation of decisionsEnsure alignment with broader AI initiatives and prioritiesAssist with Workflow Integration and Pilot ExecutionWork with teams to integrate AI into existing workflowsSupport pilot execution and capture feedbackDocument successful use cases and contribute to scaling effortsHelp standardize repeatable approaches across teamsCapture and Organize Client AI SignalsGather AI-related requests, needs, and trends from client-facing teamsOrganize and synthesize inputs across agenciesShare insights with AI leadership to inform priorities and capability developmentTrack Productivity Impact and Support ReportingHelp track time savings and efficiency improvements from AI use casesSupport development of reporting on productivity and adoptionMaintain visibility into use case pipeline progress and outcomesCoordinate Across AI, IT, and Business TeamsWork closely with the AI transformation team and Senior DirectorPartner with IT and architecture teams to align on feasibility and scalingHelp ensure use cases follow the defined AI lifecycleMinimum Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree Required 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or a related field.Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments and strong organizational skills.Ability to explain AI-supported thinking and outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong communication and stakeholder managementStructured problem-solving and organizationAbility to translate business needs into actionable tasksCuriosity and interest in AI and emerging technologiesAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred:Experience in a marketing agency, professional services, or similar environment.Hands-on working knowledge of generative AI tools used in business settings (such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to support writing, analysis, synthesis, or decision making.Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
